Every little girl needs a Princess Party once in their life, right? So, Shreya had hers a couple years ago, and invited her closest little princess friends. They all had fun
dressing up in their princess gowns – even the mommys dressed up.
Since cupcakes is my specialty, I decided to try to make some princess cupcakes. You can find princess toppers for sale on Etsy, but I made my own because I wanted them double-sided so they’d look nice on both sides. Then I cut them out and laminated them. I made my “ice cream swirl” buttercream cupcakes in colors to match the princess dresses, and just stuck the toppers on.
I’m offering the digital princess toppers for sale in my shop, if you want to make your own. You have to print them yourself, but you can make as many as you’d like. If you don’t want to laminate them, you can print them on cardstock and glue picks to them. But, laminating makes them water-proof so you can just stick them in the icing and they won’t get soggy. If you have a little princess in your life – or even a big one – I hope you get to give them a princess party!
Supplies
- Wilton Tip 1M – This is the 3 pc set I got – better deal than just the one tip. And I do use the other two tips often.
- Disposable plastic icing bags. This is a good deal for 50 bags. Cut the corner off and stick the tip in. Throw away when finished.
- Laminator – if you don’t already have one, I recommend this one – you will use it often!
- Laminating pouches
- Princess Cupcake Toppers Digital Files
